One of the leading European mobility platforms teamed up with Simply Contact with the goal of creating a client-oriented call center. Simply Contact's professionals have already started the implementation of Bolt's outsourced contact center.

Bolt is actively progressing in the Eastern European market, offering its customers technological, but at the same time simple and effective solutions. Similarly, Bolt is looking for partners who can provide trained staff and turnkey solutions.

The Simply Contact team has formed a solution to serve the Bolt project. We provide support for passengers and drivers of the Bolt service 24/7 through online chat rooms.

Project agents receive incoming requests from passengers or drivers, give answers to questions they are interested in, explain the intricacies of the product, and develop customer loyalty to the product.

The project started on the 3rd of August with 18 agents on staff, including the project managers, and is planned to be four times expanded by November.

“Simply contact is so excited to work with such a rapidly developing team of professionals like Bolt. I’m sure our partnership will be so effective and our customer service will exceed all the expectations,” said Konstantin Ryzhov, co-Founder and CEO of Simply Contact.
